Architect of Record for complete renovation of an existing office building into a state of the art complex for an eSports brand in Santa Monica, CA. Scope of works included training rooms, media spaces for film production and BOH areas such as new bathrooms, kitchen & admin spaces. Ancillary documentation included a bespoke Corian reception desk, custom millwork and a glass trophy cabinet.
