With CallisonRTKL - Warner Landmark is a creative office re-positioning of an existing 1970’s A.C Martin office campus. Originally designed as a single tenant for a large Healthcare Insurance provided, the brief of the client was to transform the location into a multi-tenant creative office campus. The project involved upgrading the existing restrooms to current ADA standards and developing a Class A office environment.

New landscaping throughout created additional amenity areas for prospective tenants whilst existing spaces were re-purposed as a gym, conference center, daycare and food and beverage offerings.
