With CallisonRTKL - 350 Figueroa is a 570 unit apartment tower located on the Northern end of downtown, literally in our backyard - 2 blocks away from the CRTKL office. A challenging site, the project will involve demolishing part of an existing parking structure whilst is continues to serve the existing office building(s) on site. The tower has a dynamic angled form that responds to both the un-obstructed city views and the direction of passing traffic on the one-way street below.

 The tower acts as a landmark bookmark to a fast developing area of downtown and stands at the intersection to two of Los Angeles Counties busiest freeways, the 110 and the 101. Liner units will mask the existing parking structure and provide entry level studio apartments into a generally two bedroom unit heavy project.

 Over 40,000 sf of exterior terrace and sky garden decks, composing of 50’ pool, tennis and basketball courts along with BBQ, outdoor screening room and lounge space compliment the high end level of service expected for the residents.
